Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using the meis3d platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy in force.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the meis3d platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. meis3d reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using meis3d, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to engage with the services provided.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on meis3d. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice or compensation. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
Meis3d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until the verification process is completed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. meis3d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
You are required to notify the meis3d support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account. It is strongly recommended that you enable two-factor authentication for an additional layer of protection.
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the meis3d platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological means to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Using the platform for any money laundering or illicit financing activity.
- Sharing your account with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
- Taking any action that undermines the integrity, security or normal operation of the meis3d platform.
Meis3d reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding relevant balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the meis3d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online banking and DuitNow. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the limits set by the platform and can be viewed in your account section.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the meis3d account holder. meis3d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for fraud prevention purposes.
Transaction Errors & Disputes
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payment or credit, meis3d reserves the right to correct the error without requiring user consent. This includes the cancellation of bets processed during a system failure.
Any transaction dispute must be submitted to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
Platform Liability Limits
Meis3d is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities. In all circumstances, meis3d's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The meis3d platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Service interruptions may occur from time to time for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Meis3d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the meis3d support team. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy in force.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
All content on the meis3d platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of meis3d or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without explicit written permission from meis3d.
The meis3d platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. meis3d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
These terms and conditions are interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the meis3d platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution process established by the platform, and the relevant jurisdiction will be observed. Users in Malaysia are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
